![]() How can you make your clan visibly structured while keeping a larger presence?īAND provides the means of keeping large clan networks under one umbrella. If there was a person who really enjoyed PvP and constantly played it, they would go into Oblyvious.Ī combination of previous points (communication & retention/recruitment) to reach an end goal. Following this, they created branches off of the original clan to accommodate those who wanted to join.Įventually they decided to make branched off clans that were specific to a group of people based on their play style. This made it an obstacle for members who still wanted to join Abyss Asylum but weren’t able to because of the limit. One of the many obstacles Abyss Asylum faced was the 100 member limit per clan coming to Destiny 2. For example, Abyss Asylum will send general messaging and information onto their main Band, but they have separate groups for raiding, PvP and even other games such as The Elder Scrolls Online. On BAND, clans will create multiple sub-groups within their main clan to spread out their network. We’re strictly a PvP clan, but we have some members that do a lot of group and raid content. And with the introduction of Bungie’s new clan system for Destiny 2, clans will continue to become more active as Destiny 2 goes through its full release. With Destiny 2 having launched on September 6th for consoles and the soon-to-come PC version slotted for a October 24th release, it’s inevitable that Bungie will be attracting older players back to the elaborate universe that is Destiny, as well as newer players trying out the game for the first time.
